In some cases, <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">this also allowed people to escape shelling<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At the end of October, Vlad Myachev and Hanna Ponyrko went on an evacuation mission to the Kharkiv region.<\/strong> They picked up two cows and a calf from Ms. Svitlana in Pidlyman and transported them to temporary housing in the village of Kopani, Kharkiv region. They also loaded 35 dogs owned by the same woman, most of whom had been abandoned by their previous owners during the war. Two goats, left in Svitlana\u2019s care by neighbors, were also rescued. Ms. Svitlana followed the evacuation team to her new home, accompanied by her dogs, while the goats were sent to the &#8220;Pegas&#8221; shelter in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Additionally, an Alabai dog was evacuated from Pidlyman and placed in the \u201cStep Towards Animals\u201d shelter in Chernihiv.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-27420 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_09-52-43-2-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_09-52-43-2-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_09-52-43-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_09-52-43-2.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From Husarivka in the Kharkiv region, a bull and a dog were relocated to their owners&#8217; new home. Rescuers also visited Myrnohrad and Pokrovsk, evacuating 10 dogs, most of whom were sent to shelters such as \u201cStep Towards Animals\u201d and the Hostomel shelter. In total, <strong>the team rescued 53 animals during this trip.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-27424 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_10-09-48-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_10-09-48-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_10-09-48-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/photo_2024-11-05_10-09-48.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>In November, Danya Koval and Hanna Ponyrko traveled to the Donetsk region, evacuating 37 animals.<\/strong> Among them was a parakeet handed over by a soldier at a checkpoint with a request to deliver it to his grandmother.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A volunteer helped transport 35 cats.<\/strong> During the mission, UAnimals received a request from a resident of Myrnohrad to evacuate over 30 cats and dogs from one location. Viktoriya, who was caring for them, had refused to leave the area because of the animals. Volunteer Volodymyr Holubyev arrived at the scene and took part of the animals. In total, <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">41 cats were evacuated from the location<\/span> \u2014 35 were transported in Volodymyr\u2019s vehicle, while the rest went in a UAnimals car.
