These included <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">91 cats, 89 dogs, a goat, a billy goat, and a raccoon<\/span>. They also assisted one person in evacuating.<\/p>\n<p>Danylo Koval and Hanna Ponyrko worked in the Donetsk region from November 17 to 21. From Myrnohrad, Bilytske, Ivanopillia, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, and other locations, they evacuated 29 dogs and 20 cats.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-28704 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/photo_2024-11-25_15-59-53-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/photo_2024-11-25_15-59-53-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/photo_2024-11-25_15-59-53-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/photo_2024-11-25_15-59-53.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This<span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"> lucky evacuated pup<\/span> lived in Bilytske, Donetsk region, along with many other dogs and cats. Their owner remains in the area because of the animals. While the team couldn\u2019t rescue all of them, they managed to evacuate four dogs in the worst health. Among them was a Japanese Chin suffering from a severe cough. He is currently receiving treatment at a veterinary clinic in Dnipro and will later join a new family. People from Poltava familiar with the breed contacted UAnimals and offered to adopt him.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-28708 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/photo_2024-11-25_15-26-06-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/photo_2024-11-25_15-26-06-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/uanimals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/photo_2024-11-25_15-26-06.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This unnamed dog came from the military. He was handed over to the team from the village of Komar in the Kurakhove direction. The dog is now undergoing treatment in Kyiv.<\/p>\n<p>From November 24 to 28, Vlad Myachev and Hanna Ponyrko visited Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Kostiantynivka, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, and other locations. During this trip, they evacuated 30 dogs, 33 cats, and a <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">raccoon whose owner gave him up<\/span>. Volunteer Alyona Ovcharenko rescued them from a local market. This time, they evacuated as many as 70 animals: <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">a goat, a billy goat, 38 cats, and 30 dogs<\/span>. They also helped one person leave the area. Among the passengers were 10 cats rescued from a zero line of defense and temporarily sheltered by volunteers in Sloviansk before UAnimals\u2019 arrival. They rescued Elka, a cat with a spinal injury, from the Donetsk region.
