This page describes the terms and conditions for the use of materials of UAnimals Media project published on the website https://uanimals.org/media/ (hereinafter — the Website), as well as the Website Terms of Use.
These Website Terms and Conditions (hereinafter— the Terms and Conditions) are developed on the basis of the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”, the Law of Ukraine “On Information”, the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”, etc.
Definitions
Website User (hereinafter— the User) means a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
Website means a set of data, electronic (digital) information, including items subject to copyright and/or related rights etc., interconnected and structured within the website address https://uanimals.org/media/, accessed through the Internet address.
Website Owner means a person who owns the account and establishes the procedure and the terms of use of the Website.
І. General provisions

2.1. Materials published on the Website (hereinafter — the Materials) are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
All exclusive property and non-property copyrights to the information posted on the Website belong to the Website Owner and the authors unless otherwise specified.
Information means all Materials — articles, author’s columns, news, blogs, interviews, images, illustrations, photographs, etc.
2.2. Nothing specified in these Terms and Conditions may be construed as granting, indirectly, by default or otherwise, any license (permission) or right to use the information, trademark, patent, design rights or copyright of the Website Owner or third parties.
2.3. Users have the right to download or copy information from the Website, other components and elements displayed on the Website for personal use only, subject to compliance with all copyright and other notices contained therein. Copying or storing any content for purposes other than personal use without the prior written consent of the Website Owner is prohibited.

The Website Owner shall grant written permission for the use of their Materials to third parties at their discretion on the basis of an application sent in electronic form to media@uanimals.org with mandatory indication of a return postal address.

2.6. In case of violation of any clause hereof, the Website Owner reserves the right to protect their rights and interests by filing complaints with law enforcement agencies and claims with judicial authorities.
ІІІ. Communication between the Website and Users
3.1. If the User fills out the registration form in order to receive certain information from the Website (newsletter, news subscription, etc.), the Website Owner provides such information only if you confirm your consent in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
ІV. Security, liability, conflict resolution

– interfere with the operation of the Website software or its functional elements.

The User who believes that his/her rights and/or interests have been violated may send a claim to media@uanimals.org indicating the full name (for legal entities) or the first, last name and patronymic (for individuals), as well as the return address (postal and email) and the contact phone number.
Within the time limits specified by the current legislation of Ukraine, the Website Owner undertakes to send a substantive response to the sender’s email address specified in the letter. The Website Owner shall not consider anonymous complaints or complaints containing false or incomplete information about the sender.
V. Advertising and partnership materials
5.1 Materials in the “Joint” section are published on a commercial or partnership basis.
