How the donation as a gift works:

After successful payment, a greeting card will appear on the screen

You can download the card and send it to the recipient via any messenger you prefer

*We’ve set a minimum donation amount of $2. That’s roughly the cost of a regular paper card ✨Beyond that, donate any amount that feels comfortable and appropriate for you.

What is the minimum donation amount?

The minimum amount is $2. This is roughly the cost of a standard paper greeting card 💫

How will the person receive the greeting?

You send the card yourself via any messenger or social media you prefer.

Is there a maximum donation amount?

No. You decide how much to donate.

Will the person see the donation amount?

Yes, unless you choose to hide it during checkout. If you check the “Hide donation amount” option, the recipient will only see that you made a donation in their name, without the amount being displayed.

Can I write my own message?

Yes. You can leave a personal message on a postcard, if you wish.

Where exactly does the money go?

Under Ukrainian law, an organization may use donations only for its statutory activities. You can view UAnimals’ bylaws here. You can also see how we spend the money in our reports.

Is the card saved after the webpage closes?

No. We recommend downloading the postcard right after payment, so you have it on hand.

What should I do if the payment fails?

Try again or check your card’s limit/settings. If there’s still a problem, email us at info@uanimals.org. We’ll help you with everything!
