A new UAnimals veterinary mission will take place from February 17 to 23 in a frontline town in Donetsk region. As part of this initiative, assistance will be provided to both stray and domestic animals in an area where access to veterinary care is limited.
Stray cats and dogs will be captured by animal catcher Roman Bidnenko, while veterinarians Natalka Sokolova, Lolita Polishchuk, and Yulia Tkachenko will treat, sterilize, vaccinate, and deworm the animals. Additionally, the mission team includes driver Sasha Pohrebnyi, manager Andrii Kharchyshyn, and communications specialist Mariia Krykun.
This marks the sixth mission to frontline areas. Previously, the team has worked in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
The mission is funded by donors who purchased Paw of Care at “MasterZoo.”
You can also support UAnimals’ efforts by contributing to any targeted fundraising campaign. Every donation makes a difference!
