UAnimals is selling virtual firewood to help keep animals warm in shelters during the winter. The organization has launched a fundraising initiative where donors can purchase virtual logs, and UAnimals will ensure they are turned into real firewood.
The funds raised will provide firewood to 11 shelters located in frontline regions or housing evacuated animals:
- “Civic Legal Initiative” in Dobropillia, Donetsk region
- “Fatum” in Mykolaiv region
- “Right to a New Life” in Dnipro
- “Kotofei” in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region
- “Vuhlyk” in Mykolaiv region
- “Beloved Animals” in Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region
- “Get a Friend” in Fontanka, Odesa region
- “Lada” in Vilne, Dnipropetrovsk region
- “Second Dimension” in Zelenodolsk, Dnipropetrovsk region
- “Happy Cat” in Zaporizhzhia
- “Cat House” in Khmelnytsky region
In total, these shelters will need 126 tons of firewood to stay warm.
