UAnimals summed up the results of a veterinary mission that recently concluded in the frontline town of Marganets, Dnipropetrovsk region. During the mission, 385 dogs and cats received assistance.
From November 26 to 29, veterinarians provided help to both stray and domestic animals from Marganets and nearby towns and villages. A total of 300 cats and dogs were spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for parasites, with 140 of these animals being strays.
Additionally, the veterinary team vaccinated 70 dogs and cats, conducted 15 consultations, and performed 4 complex surgeries. On top of that, the UAnimals team distributed 200 kilograms of cat and dog food.
The capture of stray animals was handled by Roman Bidnenko, the entire process was organized by manager Andrii Kharchyshyn, and people, animals, and equipment were transported by Oleksandr Pohrebnyi. This team has already participated in a veterinary mission in frontline areas three times.
The mission was funded by donations from people who purchased a “Paw of Care” through “MasterZoo.”
