UAnimals is helping spotted deer from the Lviv region

UAnimals launched a fundraising campaign to help 9 spotted deer that were kept in a cramped enclosure in the Lviv region. The animals have now been evacuated to the “Kasova Hora” center for hoofed animals. However, for their rehabilitation, they still need veterinary support and the arrangement of the area.

The herd of deer lived in a recreational complex in the Lviv region until the organization went bankrupt. The new owner agreed to transfer the animals to the largest rehabilitation center for hoofed animals in Ukraine, “Kasova Hora,” located near the city of Burshtyn in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Some of the deer are already there. From now on, they will live in a 23-hectare enclosure, graze on lush meadows with shrubs, and drink spring water.

UAnimals covered the transportation of the deer to their new home. Additionally, funds are needed for veterinary care, the construction of a watering place, and a quarantine enclosure with an area of 1,200 square meters. A total of 87,300 hryvnias is needed for these needs.
