“Lost among three cows.” Have you ever been told this in the village? If so, there’s a T-shirt for you with this phrase and a cow.
If you’re not really into cows, there’s a print with goats. For this T-shirt, the creators came up with a new folk wisdom: It’s never late to G.O.A.T. Actually, it’s our interpretation of the Ukrainian phrase which contains a made up word “kizno” which is a mixture of “koza” – a goat, and “pizno” – late. The original proverb “It’s never late to start” gets a new vibe.
The drop includes a shirt with embroidered rural motifs, a raincoat, socks, a jug, and various accessories. The secret ingredient of the collection is temporary tattoos with summer motifs.
Animalism’s director Eleonora Khanina says, “This collection is about each and every one of us: about the summer when we ran away from the goose in the garden as kids; about the corn from the neighbor’s plot; about the tastiest salad because the cucumbers and tomatoes were picked by grandpa; about the nettle taller than you that stings so painfully. With this collection, we want to remind everyone that we were all children — with scraped knees, with or without freckles, but so sincere and happy. And we also want to encourage people to nurture that sense of security and connection with all living things on the planet in their adult lives.”
Young Ukrainian actors joined the presentation of the new drop: Oksana Zhdanova and Nataliia Babenko from the Ivan Franko Theater, Oleksandr Sokolov from the Academic Youth Theater on Lypky, and Polina Snisarenko from the Young Theater.
Previous collections were dedicated to endangered animals and animals waiting for their owners to return from captivity.
