Ukrainian artist couples supported the Caring Fundraising campaign by launching their own mini-fundraisings on the UAnimals’ Festive platform. Until February 14th, each couple plans to raise 14,000 hryvnias in donations. This money will go towards the treatment of animals in shelters such as the Sumy Humane Society, Abandoned Angel in Khmelnytskyi, and Homeless World in the Kyiv region.
Currently, four celebrity families have opened fundraisers:
- Irena Karpa, a writer and a singer, her husband Louis Trebuche, and their dog Naya;
- Singer Sasha Bull, his wife Katerina Pasnychenko, and their dog Yuta;
- A couple of actors Maria Smolyakova-Grekova and Alexander Grekov, and their dog Leo;
- Designer and architect Slava Balbek, his wife Olena Balbek, and their dog Eureka.
Overall, within the Caring Fundraising campaign, UAnimals hopes to raise 140,000 hryvnias. Therefore, they call on everyone to support animals by launching their own mini-fundraisers for Valentine’s Day. The easiest way to do this is through the UAnimals’ Festive platform.
