Humanistic movement UAnimals turns 7 years old

UAnimals was founded by Oleksandr Todorchuk on March 7, 2016.

“I went on Facebook, put in a name that came to mind, and that’s how I created the UAnimals page. At the time, I couldn’t have even imagined what a future the idea will have: numerous rallies, draft laws, thousands of saved lives,” recalls Oleksandr Todorchuk, the founder of UAnimals.

During these seven years, we have walked a fruitful and complicated path.

Grew as a team, and united millions of like-minded people.

We managed to ban circuses with animals in over thirty cities and came to an agreement on the refusal of natural fur with dozens of Ukrainian Fashion Week designers.

We achieved the adoption of several important animal protection laws and established the HAll-Ukrainian Animal Protection Award.

With the beginning of the full-scale war, evacuated, fed and sterilized tens of thousands of animals.

We are grateful to everyone who has stood by us for the last seven years. Feeling the support of like-minded people is a great joy. The best present for us would be your telling your friends about our work!
