From now on, UAnimals will be accepting requests for animal assistance through a Telegram chatbot. The team also plans to launch similar bots on other platforms, such as Viber.
Animal shelters, rehabilitation centers, natural parks, and animal welfare volunteers can use the chatbot to contact UAnimals for:
◽ animal evacuation from frontline areas
◽ animal neutering
◽ legal assistance
◽ financial and humanitarian aid (food, medicine, finance for veterinary treatment)
◽ construction and reconstruction of shelters
The organization sometimes assists animals of pensioners, displaced persons, and other individuals who cannot afford necessary procedures on their own.
To submit a request:
- Find @help_uanimals_bot on Telegram.
- Complete a short registration form.
- Select the type of assistance needed.
- Carefully read the policy and fill in the necessary information.
- Wait for a response from managers (usually within 24–48 hours, but if you submit an application on Friday, it will take an additional day to process it).
UAnimals will only consider requests submitted through the Telegram chatbot. The previous Google Forms for inquiries are no longer valid.
Reach out to get assistance for animals and spread the word about this opportunity!
