The UAnimals team has launched a Winter Raise for items that will provide animals in Ukrainian shelters with warmth and comfort during the cold season.
These items will be distributed to 8 shelters in 5 regions:
📍 Svitlana Ostapkova’s Shelter in Donetsk Region;
📍 Vuhlyk and Kotofey in Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk Region;
📍 Zdrave Zhyttya in Vinnytsia Region;
📍 Mala Dzyha, Homeless World and Hostomel Animal Shelter in Kyiv Region;
📍 Sumy Animal Protection Society in Sumy Region.
The goal of the raise is to save 2,741 animals from the cold. This will require 740,070 hryvnias. The funds raised will be used to purchase and deliver heaters, heating materials, insulation, winter beds, quarantine cages, and heated boxes to the shelters.
