From now on, each month the UAnimals’ direct assistance department will focus on defined directions of financial and humanitarian support. During this time, the chatbot will only accept applications related to these directions, as well as traditional requests for evacuation, sterilization, construction, and legal assistance.
The new rules have been introduced to organize the queue for assistance and avoid accumulating requests that managers cannot process in time. If you applied before the implementation of the new policy, your application will be considered in order by the UAnimals team.
In February, UAnimals will assist with:
- Hay for domestic animals;
- Funds for the treatment of animals affected by the war.
