In the first half of August, volunteers from the UAnimals community distributed half a ton of pet food to animals in the Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, and Donetsk Oblasts.
Volunteer Mykhailo Zubkov went to the village of Nadezhdivka in the Kherson Oblast on a humanitarian mission. The village was affected by the explosion of the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Station by russians and is suffering from shelling. Local residents need assistance to feed their animals. For two trips, UAnimals provided Mykhailo with 260 kilograms of food.
Maria Holovina managed to deliver pet food up to 6 kilometers away from enemy positions during her humanitarian trip to Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. Despite frequent shelling, local residents remain in the villages and take care of the animals. UAnimals supplied Maria with 250 kilograms of pet food, which she distributed among the residents of the regions.
Natalia Kornieieva transported 100 kilograms of pet food provided by UAnimals to Dmytrivka in the Mykolaiv Oblast. The village is located 5 kilometers away from enemy positions, and constantly suffers from shelling.
UAnimals expresses heartfelt gratitude to the volunteers and encourages others to join the community.
