UAnimals, in collaboration with volunteers, provided assistance to an elderly couple, Volodymyr and Anna, along with their dog, Thor. They had relocated from the temporarily occupied left-bank region of Kherson, and our volunteers met them at the border in the Sumy region, near russia. From there, they were safely transported to Khmelnytskyi.
Prior to this evacuation, Volodymyr and Anna’s children had successfully escaped the russian occupation and reached out to UAnimals for help.
UAnimals facilitated communication, covered fuel expenses, and ensured that Anna, Volodymyr, and Thor could make their journey to Khmelnytskyi as comfortably and swiftly as possible, where their relatives awaited their arrival.

This evacuation operation was made possible through the dedicated efforts of UAnimals volunteers Yevhen and Kateryna, who met Anna and Volodymyr at the Sumy region border and drove them to Khmelnytskyi. The mission lasted 48 hours and covered a total distance of 1950 kilometers!
