Report on Fundraiser for Donations for the Palliative Care Room for Animals in Need of Lifelong Care | May 2024

Over 100 cats and nearly 80 dogs reside at the Otrymai Druha (Get a Friend) shelter in Odesa, many with serious health issues such as spinal injuries, cancer, blindness, or disabilities.

We funded the renovation of a dedicated room for animals. Cats and dogs requiring special care now have their own warm, renovated space where they can receive proper veterinary attention.

We purchased and delivered a wheelchair for a disabled shepherd dog.

Additionally, thanks to your support, as part of this fundraiser, we procured essential items for 200 sick animals at the shelter, including medicines, specialized food, and other necessities.
