Friends, we survived this winter together! In February, we continued to raise money for shelters, the Ichnia National Nature Park, and the heroic dogs of the Antares Unit. And continued with your support to save animals from war, held several campaigns, sent much feed, evacuated animals, and helped them with treatment.

In February 2023:
● we managed to help 11 thousand animals for 6 411 432 hryvnias. This amount included financial assistance, payment for sterilizations, logistics, purchase and shipment of feed, purchase of medicines and treatment, reconstruction of shelters and implementation of projects, evacuation, expenses for the Natalia Popova and UAnimals Wild Animals Rescue Center, administrative fees, and the purchase of various items at requests;
● 32 000 kilograms of fodder were sent from our warehouse to more than 25 cities and towns for 11 700 animals (dogs, cats, horses, and other domestic animals): of these, 6 623 kilograms were for horses and other domestic animals, and 25 379 kilograms were for cats and dogs, and 23 kilograms for rodents. In addition, we sent 5 generators;
● we sterilized 2 851 animals as part of our free sterilization program for homeless cats and dogs in 18 cities/towns. We also carried out on-site sterilization in Gostomel, Starovychy, Valky, Zmiiv, Rzhyshchiv, Mykolaiv, Desna, Makariv, and Zatyshnyi;
● our Legal Department prepared 4 contracts with partners, took part in the meeting of the commission to study the activities of Nataliya Mazur, submitted two statements to the police on the fact of cruelty to animals, provided consultations on animal protection issues that came to the hotline, dealt with other statements, letters, and requests;
● we assisted with the purchase of fodder, medicines, vaccines, and preparations for treatment for 339 animals in the temporarily occupied territories;
● we purchased and handed over vaccines, diapers, treatment preparations, and antibiotics for 2 298 animals of Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts and evacuated animals in Kyiv Oblast;
● we assisted in vaccination and document preparation for the export of 8 animals from Kharkiv Oblast abroad;
● we assisted in the treatment of two injured dogs evacuated from the front line;
● we assisted with the purchase of 15 cubic meters of firewood for the Avelen Wild and Exotic Animals Rescue Center in Odesa, having over 400 rescued animals under its care;
● we purchased and delivered 19 340 kilograms of hay and 17 tons of oats for 500 animals of two branches of the Vuhlyk shelter in Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts;
● we helped with the transportation of an injured falcon from Ternopil Oblast to the bird rehabilitation center in Kozhichy, Lviv Oblast, and also contributed to the purchase of fodder for 260 wards of the center;
● we transferred assistance for the purchase of fodder for 12 goats, 14 cats, and 9 dogs of Kharkiv Oblast, as well as for 260 animals in the territory of temporarily occupied Kherson Oblast;
● we supported the Protection of Animals Charitable Association in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, having 37 horses, 5 ponies, 18 cows, 25 calves, and 11 endowments under its care, and gave them assistance for the purchase of hay;
● we transferred aid for the purchase of a cultivator (intended for firefighting measures) to the Ichnia National Park, where 240 species of animals could be found;
● we handed over 50 sets of warm clothes, collars, and 63 address books for animals to the 4 Paws shelter in Kherson;
● we evacuated 4 dogs, 6 puppies (from Lyman and Kramatorsk), 56 animals from Donetsk Oblast (cats, dogs, and a rat), 9 cats, a dog and their owner (from Kostiantynivka), 2 cats (from Kherson), 13 cats and a dog (from Sloviansk), 15 goats, 1 pony and 2 dogs (from Kharkiv Oblast). A total of 110 animals.
