In October, we helped 19,975 animals (we evacuated 123 animals, sterilised 3,231 animals, fed 13,419 animals, and provided financial support to 3,202 animals).

💵The total amount of financial expenses was UAH 11,467,033.23. It includes financial assistance, payment for sterilisations, reconstruction of shelters, project implementation, purchase and shipment of feed, logistics, purchase of medicines and treatment, evacuation, costs of supporting wild animals of the Natalia Popova Wildlife Rescue Centre and UAnimals, administrative fees, and assets on request.

For October:
🚛123 animals were evacuated from the frontline areas of Kherson and Donetsk regions. Among them are ponies.

💉Sterilised 3,231 animals in the frontline regions of Ukraine. These are 2,272 cats and 959 dogs.

🚛Shipped and sent 26,809 kilograms of food for 13,419 dogs and cats.

🐾Purchased 5 tonnes of extruded porridge and 8,331 kilograms of feed for animals in shelters.

For UAH 640,892, we built winter huts and insulated kennels, bought building materials for shelters, and drilled wells for water supply.

We held a Wild Run and raised UAH 106,279 to help animals in the Synevyr and Halytskyi parks.

🐾Received assistance for the rescue of cats for 20 thousand euros.

🐾Supported the Fairy Home for Rescued Animals in Kryvyi Rih, which has 154 animals under its care, and helped purchase vaccines (the shelter takes in evacuated animals from Donetsk region).

Supported the charity organisation “From Heart to Tail”, which took care of 130 cats in Kyiv (including animals evacuated from the frontline regions) and assisted with their treatment and feeding.

🐾Helped the “Unbreakable Kherson” shelter, which was evacuated from Kherson to Kyiv, and purchased vaccines, anti-inflammatory and painkillers, and treatment drops. The shelter has more than 100 cats under its care.

🐾We supported the Zoosemya charity organisation in Kirovohrad region, which has more than 100 animals under its care. Many of them are evacuees from the frontline areas. We also assisted with the purchase of veterinary drugs and feed.

🐾Bought exceptional food for 8 evacuated cats Petya Petrova’s keeps in Kyiv.

🐾Helped to buy medicinal food and medicines for the dog Chernysh, who came under the care of the Phoenix Charity Foundation after the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station with acute pneumonia and a tumour in the lungs, spleen and testis. The tumours were removed, but the animal needs medicines that he will take for the rest of his life.

🐾Supported the Kramatorsk animal hospital, near the war zone and in a difficult situation. We helped buy the necessary animal feed (wheat, oats, hay). The park takes care of 70 animals (wild pigs, rabbits, donkeys, sheep, roe deer, spotted deer, foxes, peacocks, pheasants, swans).

🐾Helped the NGO “Rehabilitation Centre Zelenyi Hai”, which has 527 animals under its care (horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, dogs and cats) and donated 7,300 kilograms of grain feed.

🐾Paid for the treatment of 8 kittens and 1 cat (evacuated from Donetsk region. The owner of the animals died. They came to the shelter with herpes; their condition was severe. They were undergoing treatment for a long time). The animals were transferred to Kyiv to Kateryna Syrota, who asked us to pay for their treatment.

🐾We paid for the operation of the evacuated dog Mukhtar and donated funds to purchase medicines and feed. The dog is now in the Chance shelter in Zaporizhzhia;

🐾Purchased 5 tonnes of extruded porridge and 8331 kg of food for dogs, puppies and cats to be distributed to shelters/volunteers.

🐾Evacuated 123 animals:
– 4 dogs from Kherson region;
– 5 puppies, 1 dog from Yatskivka (Kharkiv region), 1 dog from Kostiantynivka (Donetsk region), and transported 1 goat from Sumy to Zelenyi Hai in Dnipro region;
– 8 puppies, 6 kittens and 1 dog from Lyman, Donetsk region;
– 9 cats from Kurakhovo and 21 dogs from Toretsk, Chasovyi Yar, Druzhkivka;
– 8 cats from Kharkiv region;
– 14 dogs/puppies from Kherson and the region (Chornobaivka, Antonivka) + 250 kg of food was donated to volunteers in Chornobaivka;
– 33 dogs/cats from Donetsk region (Toretsk, New York, Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk) + 1000 kg of food was delivered to volunteers in Toretsk and New York;
– evacuated 1 pony and 10 dogs/cats from Kherson and the region.

🐾Financially helped animal volunteer Ovcharenko Alyona from Kostiantynivka. The charity organisation transferred UAH 16 562.17 to manufacture an enclosure (about 70 animals).

🐾Financial assistance for drilling a well (down payment) for the Charity Foundation “New World Kryvyi Rih” (250 animals) in the amount of UAH 69,300.

🐾Financial assistance to Tamara Pastukh, a pet volunteer, for the insulation of kennels (146 animals) – UAH 6 211.18

🐾Financial assistance to repair the power supply network of the No Borders charity foundation (215 animals) – UAH 107 151.

🐾Financial assistance to purchase building materials for the Pegasus shelter, which was damaged by fire (separate fee) – UAH 150,000.

🐾Financial assistance for producing winter dog kennels, NGO Yuzhne City Society for the Protection of Animals – UAH 67,500.

🐾Financial assistance to purchase building materials for constructing enclosures for the shelter (more than 60 cats and dogs) to the NGO “Animal Assistance League” – UAH 58,400.

🐾Financial assistance to purchase construction materials for the repair of a chimney to heat the Kotofey shelter (145 cats) – UAH 14,442.1.
🐾Financial assistance for the drilling of a well (second instalment) for the Charity Foundation “New World Kryvyi Rih” (250 animals) – UAH 142,800.

🐾Financial assistance for producing 3 kennels for the winter for animals for animal volunteer Tatiana Salyga from Druzhkivka – UAH 8525.47.

🐾We sterilised 3 231 animals: 2,272 cats and 959 dogs.

🐾 We carried out mobile neutering in the villages of Kyrykivka, Okhtyrka, Buryn in Sumy region, Shevchenkove, Snihurivka in Mykolaiv region, Sakhnovshchyna in Kharkiv region, Ingulets, Mykilske, Fedorivka, Dariivka, Lymanets, Zelenivka, Stepanivka in Kherson region.

🐾We bought 2500 chips for the animals of the spay/neuter project.

🐾Purchased animal medicines in the shelter of the “No Boundaries” charity in Mykolaiv.

🐾We paid for the joint future sterilisation, vaccination, and registration of 650 animals in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions villages with Anna Kurkurina’s charity. These are spay/neuter operations that will be carried out in November.

🐾We received 4421 kg of feed from the campaign with Josera.

🐾We held a Wild Run and raised 106279 UAH to help the Synevyr and Halytskyi National Parks.

🐾Actress Miyam Biyalik supported the Wild Run from The Big Bang Theory.

🐾We received a donation of €20,000 to rescue cats.

🐾We received our first donations and subscribers in the Donut app.

🐾We received a donation of 55 thousand hryvnias from Petfashion during the charity sale at the Garage Sale.

The following work took place in the Legal Department in October:
🐾 Finalised the financial assistance agreement with Donut Charitable Fund.
🐾Analysed the agreement with Ingo Insurance Company for car insurance.
🐾Vetted the contract with Shevchuk R. (services for setting up Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, advertising services).
🐾We modified the draft donation agreement for further use in our work.
🐾Prepared a donation contract with the International Charitable Foundation for the Rescue of Wild Animals.
🐾Drafted documents (donation agreement, letters) for a project related to drilling a well in the Novyi Svit shelter (charitable organisation “Charitable Foundation “Novyi Svit Kryvyi Rih”).
🐾Reviewed contracts for removing garbage and batteries with the sole proprietor Vozna G. and Waste Management Centre LLC.
🐾Finalised a car service agreement with Atlant Car House LLC.
🐾Prepared an agreement to develop an educational platform ( IE Khomenko).
🐾Proofread the design development contract ( IE Levchuk).
🐾Filled out an application for the SAP grantor.
🐾Approval (proofreading, editing) of the specification to the contract for the supply of merchandise ( IE Denysenko).
🐾Analysed the contract with UTELS LLC (Internet connection in the new office) and completed the questionnaire.
🐾Prepared contracts with new employees: Artyukh, Heychuk, Stroikova, Volyk, Kovalchuk, Bushkovska, Khodzhayeva, Dzetsiuk, Kapustina, Maksymchuk. And additional agreements: Sidak, Krokha, Sheveleva, Dyakova.
🐾Prepared a contract and an act with a photographer ( IE Balashov D.D.), who took photos of animals at the Wildlife Rescue Centre in August.
🐾Prepared the documents (donation agreement, letters) for the project to repair the electrical grids in the shelter (“No Boundaries” Charity Foundation).
🐾Finalised the contract with A-Chip LLC (purchase of animal microchips).
🐾Prepared donation agreements for sterilisation, vaccination and chipping of animals in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions (Kurkurina Foundation) and response letters.
🐾Proofread contracts with the Sheriff’s security company (office security and equipment installation).
🐾Revised the additional agreement with PE Matyushchenko Y.V. (animal sterilisation).
🐾Current issues: preparation of letters of trust for receiving goods and materials; providing a list of data required for the execution of a public offer/privacy policy for a merchandise website; checking contracts before signing.
