The fundraiser for first veterinary aid supplies is ongoing. Anyone interested can join not only by donating but also by opening their own additional fundraising jars.
The funds raised will be used by the organization to purchase 20 first aid veterinary kits, which will be delivered to volunteers and military personnel caring for animals in frontline areas. So far, 52% of the planned amount has been collected.
To open an additional jar for this collection, you first need to join the UAnimals volunteer community. Then follow these steps:
1. Install the Monobank app.
2. Follow this link: https://send.monobank.ua/jar/7pi6fKSnjD.
3. In the top right corner of the screen, find the symbol of a person with a plus sign and click on it.
4. Follow the further instructions in the Monobank app to open your auxiliary jar linked to the collection.
5. You can set up a jar for any amount. Once the amount you plan to raise is reached, you can close the jar. All the funds raised will automatically be transferred to the main collection.
The first veterinary aid kits will include parasite treatments, antiseptics, anti-inflammatory drugs, bandages, antibiotics, probiotics, and vitamins. There are no veterinary clinics or veterinarians in frontline areas. Sometimes it takes hours to transport an animal for treatment, and there may not always be time or the opportunity to do so.
