Fundraiser for the Treatment of Three Evacuated Dogs

The UAnimals team evacuated three dogs in critical condition from the Donetsk region.
We transported the animals to a veterinary clinic, where they received emergency care. We now need to cover the outstanding clinic bill and raise funds for their continued treatment. For this purpose, we have opened a fundraiser to raise 90,000 UAH (≈$2,400).

Our support is urgently needed for:

1) Berta, an Alabai evacuated from the Pokrovsk direction at the request of military personnel. Her owners had left her locked in a shed, where soldiers found her by sheer luck. Berta had a large tumor on her abdomen, which was removed at the Kyiv clinic MyVet. Further treatment and another surgery lie ahead, as the tumor turned out to be malignant.

2) Miia, a husky from Ukrainsk, who was injured during an enemy strike. Veterinarians operated on Miia and also removed a tumor from her face. She is now feeling well and will soon be transferred to the “Abandoned Angel” shelter in Khmelnytskyi, where she will wait for her future family.

3) Melisa, a dachshund from Selidove, who was left without an owner. At the clinic, Melisa had a tumor removed from her abdomen, as well as her uterus, due to severe inflammation. Another surgery is still ahead, as she has multiple tumors.

These dogs have already been given one chance at life — they were rescued from dangerous areas.
Let’s give them another one.
