ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISER

Animals evacuated from the frontline areas have experienced a lot of pain and suffering. They were rescued by caring volunteers and the military and then turned to us for help.

Some of these animals need serious and expensive treatment because they have severe injuries, wounds, or diseases. That is why we are raising money to pay for urgent surgeries, tests, examinations, spaying and neutering, sedatives, and other necessary things.

Right now, we are asking for your support because there are animals in extremely critical condition. Below you can find some of their stories.

Dog Agata was found in critical condition in Kherson. The animal is missing about 70% of its skin.

We don’t know what happened and how Agata got such a terrible injury. Volunteers took her to the nearest veterinary clinic. There, the dog was treated with anti-shock therapy, wounds were treated, drains were put in, and antibiotics were administered.

Agata’s condition is very serious. She needs long-term and constant treatment in a veterinary hospital with round-the-clock care. That’s why Agata was urgently transported to a clinic in Odesa. We want Agata to recover, and we are ready to do everything possible for this. But we can’t do it without your support.

Dog Malysh was unlucky several times. He was evacuated twice, but people refused to take him with them..

We evacuated Malysh from the Donetsk region at the request of his human. She says that initially the dog was supposed to be given to her friends. They refused at the last minute. We agreed to give him to a shelter, but before that we brought him to a veterinary clinic for examination, where Malysh was diagnosed with cystitis. We want to pay for Malysh’s treatment so that his life is pain free.

We took Theo out of the Donetsk region at the request of a military man. He says that the dog behaves aggressively when there are other dogs around.

“Everyone refuses to evacuate him when they hear that the animal is aggressive. We have no one else to turn to,” the soldier told us.

We will buy sedatives for Theo to make his evacuation less stressful for him and other animals. We will pay for the hospitalization, neutering, and all procedures in the veterinary clinic. Afterwards, we will hand Theo over to a soldier’s family.

These are not all the animals that need our help. We will tell more stories on our social media and will keep you informed about the animals’ condition.

We ask for your support.

We will provide a detailed report on the money spent. Here you can find a report on our previous fundraising for seriously ill and wounded animals. You can find out how your donations made a difference for many animals in need.
