Insulation for Four Animal Shelters

The shelters provide refuge for abandoned animals from frontline areas, saving lives from shelling, starvation, cold, and dangerous viruses.

Warmth, dryness, and cleanliness are needed to help the evacuated cats and dogs adapt more quickly, overcome stress, and recover.

We aim to assist four shelters in insulating their facilities—the roofs, floors, and kennels where the animals live. To achieve this, we need to raise $7,253.

These funds will enable us to support shelters housing more than 1,100 animals in total and cover:

• Insulation of the quarantine facility and installation of a ventilation system at the Favorite Animal Shelter in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

• Insulation and roof repairs of kennels at the shelter of the Bakhmut Animal Protection Society LADA, also in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

• Insulation of floors and building façade at the Dimpets shelter in Sumy.

• Roof repairs at the Fatum shelter in the Mykolaiv region.

Warmth, safety, nutritious food, sufficient space, and cozy resting areas help rescued cats and dogs adapt faster, reduce stress, and regain trust in people.

In comfortable conditions, animals socialize more easily, become less fearful, and show reduced aggression — significantly increasing their chances of finding a new home and family.
