ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISER

On June 6th, Russian occupation forces detonated the dam of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station. As a result of the HPP’s destruction, the lives of people and animals, as well as the unique ecosystem of the Kherson region, are now in danger. Unforeseen consequences may also arise in the vicinity of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.

The UAnimals team has set out to the flooded area to rescue and evacuate animals, provide free veterinary assistance, and supply them with food and other necessary items. These days have been both a tremendous challenge and a source of inspiration, thanks to the large number of people who have joined the rescue efforts and the donations received.
