ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISER
On October 2nd at 4 AM, a fire broke out in the “Pegas” shelter in Dnipropetrovsk region, where pet food was stored.
People managed to escape from the building and open the enclosures. Therefore, neither the animals nor the people were harmed. However, the building and 16 tons of pet food were burnt, and a number of enclosures were destroyed.
Currently, the shelter is awaiting conclusions from the firefighters to understand the cause of the fire. Afterward, a thorough assessment of the damages will be done. All this information was received from the head of the shelter, Olena Rusina.
To promptly assist “Pegas,” we start this fundraiser. We have supported this shelter several times before and cannot stand aside now.
