Fundraiser to Help Cows and Other Animals in Zdrave Zhyttia shelter

Every living being deserves respect and love. It is with this belief that compassionate people from Zdrave Zhyttia shelter save animals from slaughter and the war. The shelter is taking care of 5 cows, 5 bulls, and 19 cats at the moment.

We need to raise $3,500 to help the shelter provide comfortable conditions for animals there. This includes:

🧡 installing a fence to a pasture area so that the cows and bulls can bask in the sun, eat fresh grass, and be safe.

🧡 expanding the space for bulls that have experienced cruelty, anxiety or stress. In free and comfortable enclosures, they will feel much better, and it will be easier for the shelter workers to take care of the animals.

🧡 purchasing 700 bales of fresh hay, which is the basis of a healthy diet for cows and bulls. This costs a significant amount of money, so the shelter really needs our support.

In the shelter, cows and bulls are not treated as livestock but with care and respect. They can spend their time grazing, walking, and relaxing.

Unfortunately, cows and bull animals are quite often still perceived as a resource to exploit. However, chickens, goats, cows, bulls, and calves are capable of feeling, understanding, and expressing emotions.
