We want to raise 6,923 USD to help three shelters.

Thanks to the support of compassionate people, we have repeatedly purchased quarantine boxes for the shelters, including those equipped with oxygen concentrators. This helped save many cats and dogs.

To accept animals from the frontline areas, shelters require quarantine boxes. Newly arrived cats and dogs stay in them until the animals are examined by veterinarians and given all the necessary vaccinations. This is extremely important to ensure the safety and health of all shelter residents.

These boxes are especially useful for animals with weakened immune systems due to chronic illnesses or after surgery.

Severely ill animals with asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, and heart disease are often evacuated to shelters. That’s why the boxes should be equipped with oxygen concentrators to ensure a steady flow of oxygen to support the animal in a serious condition.

We plan to purchase and deliver one box and one concentrator to shelters:

– Animal House Rescue (the Poltava region) that shelters 64 dogs, 43 cats, 5 horses, a calf, 5 goats, a wild boar, 7 geese, 7 ducks, and 12 chickens;
– Dobre Serce shelter (the Kirovograd region), which takes care of 214 dogs and 66 cats;
– Give a Paw (the Kirovograd region), where more than 100 animals live.

Shelters continue to accept evacuated animals. The cost of such boxes is too expensive for shelters to afford on their own. Therefore, we really want to help those who make efforts to save lives daily.
