These animals have suffered twice from the war. First, when the front line approached their peaceful villages and towns, and then when they suffered from russian shelling, infections, or diseases. We want to take care of these animals, so we are raising money to support their treatment and recovery.

We will pay for the necessary surgeries, tests, spaying/neutering, examinations, medications, sedatives, and everything else necessary to ensure that the rescued cats and dogs suffer less and have a chance at life.

Here are some of the animals we will help thanks to your contributions:

Fila, a puppy from Kherson, is currently fighting for his life after being injured by russian shelling. His condition is very serious, as the animal’s paw is almost torn off, and his entire body is covered with wounds and cuts.

Compassionate volunteers found Fila and took him to a veterinary clinic in Odessa. We do not know whether the puppy will survive, but the vets are doing everything possible: they have inserted a venous catheter, are transfusing blood, and treating his wounds.

Dog Dobriak from the Donetsk region was found by caring people in terrible condition. The dog had open wounds on his paws, was dehydrated, and exhausted.

Dobriak had been wandering around a city alone for a long time. The dog probably had family before, as he is affectionate and loves people. We don’t know what happened to them, or how the dog ended up alone.

UAnimals evacuated Dobriak at the request of local residents. Our rescue team was unable to enter the city itself due to heavy shelling, so Dobriak was brought a volunteer who usually evacuates people.

The dog is in a veterinary clinic in Kyiv. He is undergoing diagnostics and treatment for his wounds.

A soldier found injured Basia in an abandoned house in the Zaporizhzhia region. The kitten had an injured paw and could not move properly.

The soldier asked us for help. We were not able to take Basia because our rescue team was on a mission in the Donetsk region. At our request, a volunteer from Zaporizhzhia took the kitten and brought her to a veterinary clinic. There, Basia was diagnosed with a torn Achilles tendon, so surgery is needed.

These are just some of the animals we want to help thanks to your donations. As you can see, the situations are very serious and varied. Animals in frontline towns and villages get seriously injured by shelling, and others suffer from diseases that we only find out about in veterinary clinics or shelters after evacuation.

We kindly ask for your support. Every donation is important!
