The Great Winter Fundraiser

Winter is the toughest time for overcrowded shelters.

In addition to the constant need for animal food, shelters face a new challenge—keeping their wards warm. Heating requires firewood and fuel, bedding needs straw and sawdust, and insulating the walls demands building materials. During power outages, generators, convectors, boilers, and similar equipment become indispensable.

We have launched the Great Winter Fundraiser to warm and care for 3,500 pets and farm animals in 13 shelters and a national park.

We aim to raise 1,275,769 UAH, which will go toward purchasing firewood, boilers (solid fuel, gas, and others), hay, sawdust, an inverter, convectors, generators, straw, sunflower husk briquettes, peat briquettes, a field kitchen, gas cylinders, insulation materials, and salt for farm animals.

Thanks to the Great Winter Fundraiser, we will support pets and farm animals living in the following shelters:

• Velyke Sertse Tomy Pastukh (Vinnytsia region)
• Hostomel Shelter (Kyiv region)
• Zdrave Zhyttia Cow Shelter (Vinnytsia region)
• Mala Dzyha (Kyiv region)

These shelters are home to animals rescued from combat zones, abandoned by their owners during evacuations, or mistreated and injured by cruel people.

We believe they deserve warmth and comfort in their new lives, so we need your help in this major fundraiser. Your donations can save many lives.
