Fundraiser for the treatment of wounded and sick animals from the frontline regions 3.0

We are aiming to raise $11,250 to save sick and injured animals evacuated from the frontline regions.

This is the third fundraiser of its kind. Thanks to your contributions to the previous ones, we have already helped 101 animals. We paid for their hospitalization and all necessary medications, surgeries, wound treatment, sterilization, vaccination, parasite treatment, etc.

The treatment of animals in the vet clinics is expensive, so we try to support the rescued animals all the way from evacuation till they reach either their new home, shelters, foster homes, or reunite with their families.

As part of this fundraiser, we will also pay for the treatment bills of Zhuzha, a dog from Kostiantynivka. Zhuzha suffers from cancer. She has tumors and wounds all over her body.

First, the veterinary clinic treated her wounds and gave her painkillers. Then, we handed Zhuzha over to Vlada Rudenko’s shelter in the Cherkasy region, where the dog continues her long-term treatment of genital sarcoma and mammary carcinoma.

At first, Vlada paid the bills for treatment on her own, but later turned to us for help. As of now, Zhuzha has had all the necessary tests and examinations done at a veterinary clinic in Odesa, where she had her breast tumors removed. After rehabilitation, Zhuzha will undergo two more surgeries (of the eye and genitals) and a course of chemotherapy.

Your donations will also help to pay for the treatment of Businka, a dog rescued from Kostiantynivka.

The animal suffers from severe dehydration, ear inflammation, and suspected heart disease. So Businka is still in a vet clinic under the supervision of doctors. After the treatment, we will be able to hand her over to her family, who managed to evacuate from Kostiantynivka. However, right now, the dog still needs our help.
