A month ago, the UAnimals team proposed buying virtual tickets for evacuation flights to sponsor the rescue of animals from frontline areas. Since then, benefactors have already purchased 1,000 such tickets!
“This is more than 27 sleeper train cars and 6 passenger airplanes, twice as many as the guests at Viktor Pavlik’s anniversary concert, and three times more than the number of people with the surname Todorchuk in Ukraine,” jokes UAnimals founder Oleksandr Todorchuk.
The money raised by UAnimals covers the costs of evacuating animals from frontline areas. Primarily, this includes fuel, as well as carriers, animal feed, and other necessities.
