The UAnimals team has decided to launch a fundraiser early to help animals in the Sumy region. This area is already under daily shelling by Russians. If the fighting intensifies further, rescuers will not be able to reach the villages and towns near the border.
With the funds raised, UAnimals plans to carry out several evacuation trips, purchase carriers and calming agents for the animals, and buy and distribute 950 kilograms of food to volunteers and shelters in the region.
